Longtown is a historic village with a 12th century castle to explore and a village green to enjoy a picnic. The main church is in nearby Clodock but outlying villages have beautiful spiritual places also to enjoy or search for past family members. Longtown is half an hour between Abergavenny and Hay, with Hereford and Crickhowell ony being only 40 minutes away too.

The quiet campsite has river frontage for splashing family days and offers a geat base for walking or as part of the famous Offa's Dyke, and the Crown Inn is only one field away the option to cook or not to cook can be decided daily.
